New Mexico Early Learning Academy to host shoe giveaway

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The New Mexico Early Learning Academy is giving away over 500 pairs of shoes to kids and teens going back to school.

The event is Tuesday from 5:30-7 p.m. Some special guests will be in attendance, including the UNM Spirit Team and New Mexico United. They will sign autographs and hang out during the event.

Sizes are limited. Students must be there to receive the shoes.
