Hundreds take part in pilgrimage to El Santuario de Chimayó

CHIMAYÓ, N.M. — Every year, hundreds of New Mexicans make the pilgrimage to El Santuario de Chimayó on Good Friday.
The church stayed closed the past two years because of the pandemic, but the doors were open again this year.
