Eastbound I-40 reopens at San Mateo

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Eastbound Interstate 40 is back open at San Mateo Boulevard in Albuquerque after a crash in that area, according to NMDOT.

Traffic was forced to exit at Exit 163 for a while. They’re still advising anyone in the area to watch for emergency personnel and vehicles. They’re also asking drivers to slow down and use caution.
