VIDEO: Green flag flies after delay on first day of 2024 Balloon Fiesta

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Winds prompted officials to delay the green flag to start the first day of the 2024 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

Eventually, around 7:35 a.m., the green flag went up and all systems were a-go.
