ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Kong and Polka from Pitties and Kitties Rescue of New Mexico are looking to make your home their home, as are Wolf and Turkey.

Kong and Polka stopped by the KOB 4 studio so you could meet them.

First up is Wolf.

Wolf is a seven-year-old black Siberian Husky mix. Wolf is smart, sweet and very loving. He is great on a leash once he is away from the noise of the shelter. He is already trained on “sit” and “shake.”

Wolf is looking for a semi-active home where he could go on daily walks to help him keep his weight in-check and monitored.  He enjoys the company of his human and is affectionate so he is hoping for that forever home that will shower him with lots of love and attention.

Next, we have Turkey.

Turkey is a six-year-old tan American pit bull terrier mix.  Turkey loves his walks and is excellent on leash. He enjoys sniffing around and taking it all in while on a walk. He would make an excellent companion if you are looking for a walking partner.

Turkey likes treats and loves a good game of fetch. Once you’re done, he also enjoys the comforts of a soft, cushy bed.
