APD: Eastbound I-40 reopened near San Mateo

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An emergency near the area of I-40 and San Pedro Boulevard caused officers to close eastbound I-40.
According to APD, all eastbound I-40 was shut down near San Mateo Blvd and drivers were asked to avoid the area. However, officers have reopened all lanes of traffic.
