Future Lobos Chavez, Bates wrap HS hoops at All-Star weekend

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Volcano Vista’s Natalia Chavez and Jaelyn Bates are done with high school hoops – now it’s on to UNM.
Both took part in this weekend’s All-Star game in Santa Fe. Both committed to the Lobos before the 2022 season.
The duo helped the Hawks win back-to-back state titles, including 41 straight wins.
