Isotopes enjoying successful July

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The Isotopes got off to a slow start in 2021.
However, they’ve been one of the best teams in the minor leagues in the month of July.
They’re on a five game winning streak, and have won nine of their last 11 games.
"I think it’s really just every piece of the game coming together for us," Connor Joe said. "You have, we’ve had spurts of good hitting, spurts of good pitching; just haven’t put it together. To put it together for a full series is pretty cool."
The Isotopes begin a home series with the Sugar Land Skeeters Thursday night.
