Los Poblanos hosting job fair to help with expansion

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm is expanding.

It will soon be offering spa services, turning their historic hacienda building into a six room treatment room.

"During this time with COVID, it’s been an opportunity to kind of slow down from all the business with our daily programming and daily business to kind of get back to our mission and really refocus what our intentions are, and we found that that is truly wellbeing," said Lauren Kemner, Los Poblanos marking manager.

Kemner said they will be hiring for 20 positions, including a therapist.

Kim Vollers, director of hospitality and operations, said they will be hosting a job fair.

"This job fair, this is just growth. This is, as we open, the more we expand our farming, the more we expand our property, our restaurant. It just requires staffing," she said.

The job fair is Wednesday, April 14. It runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Los Poblanos.
