Pedestrian killed in crash in Albuquerque
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- A pedestrian was struck and killed in a crash in Albuquerque Thursday night.
Police said officers were dispatched to the fatal crash in the area of Carlisle and Los Arboles at approximately 9:30 p.m.
In an update provided Friday, police said the pedestrian did not use a crosswalk. They were pronounced dead on scene.
The vehicle that was involved stayed on scene and the driver and a passenger reportedly provided a statement to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
