ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- UNM basketball coach Richard Pitino addressed the media Thursday.
He talked about everything from finding a school for his children, sightseeing in New Mexico and getting the Lobos in the weight room and on the court.
Pitino said the players are all in, and ready to get to work.
"You have a decision to make when a new coach gets hired– you can leave, which is understandable. I didn’t recruit them and I don’t really know them all that well. I’ve only been here about a week so the fact that they stay just shows me the commitment level to this university as well as to myself, so their attitudes have been great," Pitino said.
