National Night Out events set for August 1 in New Mexico
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — August 1 is National Night Out across the U.S., including here in New Mexico where several gatherings will take place.
The purpose of National Night Out is to gather as a neighborhood and unite as a community against crime. To celebrate, there are block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and other community events happening.
