SOMOS 2022 wraps up with a full slate of weekend events

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — SOMOS 2022 rolls into this weekend with a full slate of events to wrap up the 10-day citywide festival.
The events kick off Friday, May 13, with a free dance party at Power Plant, 3719 4th St. NW – and continue Saturday with the SOMOS Dreamglow at the Balloon Museum and Sunday with the free, all-ages ReggaeFest at FUSION Downtown.
The Dreamglow kicks off at 5 p.m. with music from artists such as Big Gigantic, TOKiMONSTA and Hannah Wants, plus local artists. There will also be aerialists and circus performers, hot air balloons, art installations, food trucks and local vendors.
Doors open at 4 p.m. and tickets are $45 each. Full details are available here.
The Friday dance party kicks off at 8:30 p.m. and is presented by The Syndicate. The ReggaeFest kicks off 1 p.m. Sunday and will feature artists such as The Riddims, Burque Sol and others, plus drinks and food trucks will be available.
