APD: 3 injured in shooting near Central and San Mateo

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police responded to a shooting at a restaurant near Central and San Mateo Sunday evening.
According to APD, two men got into a fight inside the restaurant. The owner tried to break it up, but police said Jonathan Enriquez pulled out a gun and shot the other man. He reportedly ran off.
The restaurant owner was grazed in the shooting and reportedly followed Enriquez to a building at San Mateo and Copper, where police arrested him.
Enriquez faces a slew of charges, including aggravated battery. The man he reportedly got into a fight with is in the hospital, but is expected to be OK.
A third person was also reportedly wounded in the shooting, but refused treatment and left before police could speak to him.
