Ronchetti wins GOP primary for New Mexico governor

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Mark Ronchetti has won the Republican primary for governor.
There were five names on the ballot: Jay Block, Rebecca Dow, Ethel Maharg, Greg Zanetti and Ronchetti.
Ronchetti and Dow have been the biggest spenders this campaign – a million dollars or more ahead of their competitors.
In a KOB 4 poll conducted by Survey USA, we asked Republicans about their preference for governor. 44% said they’d vote for Mark Ronchetti. 23% of Republican voters said they were undecided.
