APD: 1 dead, 2 injured in NW Albuquerque shooting

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police have identified 19-year-old Tristan Maes as the person killed in a deadly overnight shooting at a West Side party.  

Officials say officers responded to Atrisco Drive and Milne Road NW just before midnight Friday to reports of a shooting. 

Upon arrival, officers found at least three individuals had been transferred to the hospital with gunshot wounds. One of the three died at the hospital.

According to APD, four other shooting victims were also transferred to various hospitals.

APD detectives are asking anyone with information about the overnight shooting to contact the police. Witnesses can also upload videos related to the shooting to this link.
