APD: 1 dead after car crashes into building

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash Sunday evening.

According to APD, a vehicle crashed into a building in the area of Virginia Street and Constitution Avenue NE.

Officials arrived on scene shortly after 7 p.m. and found the female driver dead. The condition of the second driver is unknown.

APD’s Motors Unit and DWI Unit has begun investigating.
