APD: 1 killed in hit-and-run near Central and Utah

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A man is dead after witnesses reportedly said a car traveling westbound on Central struck him Sunday night.

The alleged hit-and-run crash happened on Central, near Utah, in the International District. The suspect reportedly drove off before police arrived.

Officers determined the victim died at the scene.
