APD investigates homicide in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police are investigating a homicide Saturday in the northeast part of the city. 

Officials say officers responded to the 600 block of Madison Street NE after reports of a stabbing at a residence. 

According to APD, one person was transported to the hospital and later died. 

Police say one individual is in custody.
