APD: One dead in SE Albuquerque shooting

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Police responded to an area of southeast Albuquerque where they found one person fatally shot Sunday night.
Albuquerque police officers responded just before 11 p.m. to reports of a shooting near the area of 515 Madeira Dr. S.E., where they found one person who had succumbed to their injuries from a shooting.
According to the Albuquerque Journal, the person shot was a maintenance worker. Police said the worker was not Muslim or of Middle Eastern descent.
No further details are available at this time.
