BCSO searches for South Valley homicide suspect

SOUTH VALLEY, N.M. — The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting in the South Valley.
According to BCSO, the shooting happened Thursday afternoon at the bus stop at Isleta Boulevard and Perry Road. Authorities are asking for the public’s help to track down the car connected to the shooting.
Witnesses told deputies someone shot the victim and then drove away.
