ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Two incidents involving the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office were in front of an accountability board Friday.
One incident involved a deputy who tased a man during a traffic stop in April. The other happened when the sheriff – while off duty – took down someone allegedly trying to shoplift.
During these meetings, the Sheriff’s Office Advisory and Review Board usually hears from the public and then gives BCSO a recommendation.
On Friday, the board decided to hold off on any recommendation for both incidents.
Feliz Romero breaks down the meeting in the video above.
