ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Spotty showers are possible Monday in New Mexico but conditions should be otherwise calm as Balloon Fiesta moves into day three.

Conditions should be nice and calm for Fiesta. The green flag went up as expected Monday morning.

Later this week, conditions may get a little windier which could cause some delays.
