Brett Luna: Flood watches posted in northern NM, heavy rain possible

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Some flood watches are posted across northern New Mexico as heavy rain is expected there and in other places around the state.

Southern New Mexico will see some spotty showers but outside of there, especially in higher-terrain areas, storms and heavy rain will be likely.
