SEDILLO HILL, N.M. — Winter is coming, ahead of Halloween. The cold weather swept in Sunday, and the East Mountains will be one of the hardest hit areas.
“It came out of nowhere man,” said Lukas Drennan, who lives in the East Mountains. “Honestly, it was warm yesterday, and now it’s cold.”
People driving on I-40 Monday morning will want to keep an eye on road conditions. A hard freeze and gusty winds are expected along the Rio Grande Valley.
