1 killed, 1 wounded in shooting at Farmington mall

FARMINGTON, N.M. — A person was killed and another was wounded in a shooting Thursday outside the Animas Valley Mall in Farmington.
Around 11:25 a.m., Farmington police responded to the mall to investigate a shooting. Upon further investigation, they found it was “an isolated, targeted incident” outside of the mall.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
