Flash flood warnings issued again Monday for Ruidoso
RUIDOSO, N.M. — It just doesn’t stop for Ruidoso. The National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings again for the area.

A storm producing heavy rain is moving slowly north. While it is, heavy rain is pouring over the Blue 2, South Fork, Salt and McBride burn scars. The flash flooding has been so bad Monday that a flash flood emergency was issued.
Meteorologist Alan Shoemaker breaks it all down in the video above.
