ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Judy Nakamura was a longtime judge in New Mexico, and served on the state Supreme Court. She’s also a balloon pilot, and Balloon Fiesta Board of Directors president.
Not only that, Nakamura plans on flying at the Fiesta this year.
