Local food truck shows off ‘Barbie-coa’ tacos

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Some people say it smells fantastic and it’s not plastic – it’s local food truck La Turquesa’s pink “Barbie-coa” tacos.

The people from La Turquesa stopped by to talk about their business. They also showed us their timely tacos and very New Mexican turquoise tacos.
