New Mexico State Fair: What to expect

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The New Mexico State Fair starts Thursday at Expo New Mexico and the day is set to be filled with a plethora of events, food and deals to kick things off.
The fair is offering $2 admission for everyone and free admission for all law enforcement personnel, plus discounted food and much to check out, including the Great American Duck Races, sea lions from a group specializing in rescues, plenty of concerts and rodeo action – and most importantly, the food.
