New Mexico Supreme Court suspends attorney involved in DWI scheme
The state Supreme Court has indefinitely suspended a local attorney connected to the DWI Deception investigation.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The state Supreme Court has indefinitely suspended a local attorney connected to the DWI Deception investigation.
This means Thomas Clear III can not practice law in the state for now.
The feds have not charged Clear III in the investigation. However, his former paralegal and two former Albuquerque police officers claim he paid law enforcement bribes to get his clients DWI cases dismissed.
