NMSP releases names of two people killed in I-25 crash

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – New Mexico State Police released the names of two people who were killed in a June 6 rollover on I-25 in Albuquerque.
Karla Yvette Tenorio, 29, of Santo Domingo Pueblo, was reportedly driving a Dodge Durango near Avenida Cesar Chavez, with her passenger Christopher Lee Caseman, 29, of Bloomfield, around 8:24 p.m. Monday. While going through a corner, the SUV struck a concrete barrier and rolled over.
Tenorio and Caseman were ejected from the vehicle. They were taken to the hospital where Tenorio succumbed to her injuries Monday and Caseman succumbed to his injuries Tuesday.
Police said both Tenorio and Caseman were not wearing seat belts. It is unknown why the SUV struck the concrete barrier.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash. New Mexico State Police are continuing to investigate.
