Rio Rancho Police investigate shooting at a Subway

RIO RANCHO, N.M. — Police are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon at a Subway restaurant in Rio Rancho.
According to Rio Rancho Police, someone shot a man at the Subway on Southern Boulevard, near Unser Boulevard.
The man was taken to the hospital. There is no word on his condition or if police have any suspects in custody. However, police don’t believe there is a threat to the public.
