ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — It’s the same song, slightly drier verse, as winds will persist in the south and the east while the northwest will see rain and snow again Wednesday.

Wind warnings and advisories are posted for much of the state, except in the northwestern part of the state. There, rain and some snow will hit.
