ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Temperatures will be hot around the state as a dozen or more communities will be reaching triple-digits.
The heat will be countered with some storms rolling in from the north and impacting more of the state as the day rolls on. The storms will affect the state going into Tuesday.
Heat advisories are posted for Eddy and Lea counties in southwest New Mexico as triple-digits will last all week nearby in Roswell.
