ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The ‘sticky and stormy’ weekend for New Mexico starts Friday as higher humidity kicks up rain and storm chances.
Rain and storms will be expected throughout the state except for much of southeastern New Mexico which will stay mostly dry and hot.
Temperatures will mostly be below average as we head into the rainy weekend. Beware of flash flooding if you live near a burn scar area. Flood watches are posted.
