Winter returns Friday for some in New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Winter will be returning Friday for some people in New Mexico who can expect snow and others who can expect below-average temperatures.
Northeastern New Mexico will see some snow. Much of the state will see below-average temperatures, too.
In the southwestern part of the state, fire danger will be higher.
