ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Valentine’s Day is mostly a day for people to spread the love and show love to people but a restaurant is offering quite the opposite.
From 5-7 p.m. at Bubba’s 33 in Albuquerque, you can bring anything that reminds you of your ex and a machine will shred it all for you. That includes love letters, stuffed animals, clothes and more. They will shred it for you during what they call “Memories Ex-Termination.”
Once you’re done shredding the past, you can find your future love at an after party. From 7-9 p.m., DJ Nike Boy will spin some records in the patio bar.
The restaurant is also offering free chips and dip and a gift for participants.
