ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — High fire danger remains in the east Tuesday as hot, dry conditions linger.
Temperatures in the 100s will stick around to the south and toward central New Mexico, in T or C and Socorro. Farther north, temperatures will be in the 80s and 90s and higher-elevation areas will be in the 70s.
Conditions will remain dry until rain pushes in again Friday and some possible monsoon conditions start to flare up.
