LOBO INSIDER: House energizes The Pit, Lobos beat Iona 82-74

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Richard Pitino and his dad, Rick Pitino, had the attention of the college basketball world Sunday.

14,000 strong at The Pit, eating up the father versus son game. 

It was the third time Richard and Rick Pitino have met as head coaches, dad won the first two meetings.

But the Lobos win, final score 82-74. 

Lobos are now 11-0 for the first time in 10 years.
