Police shooting leaves 1 dead in Northeast Heights
Albuquerque police responded to a domestic dispute that ended with officers fatally shooting a suspect.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque Police officers were involved in a fatal shooting near Lomas and Tramway in the Northeast Heights Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the area of 11600 Mountain Rd NE around 1 p.m. Upon arrival, officers reported shots fired, though no officers were injured. One person was fatally shot.
The Multi-Agency Task Force will now investigate the incident.
