Smart budgeting tips for wedding planning

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Planning a wedding is not cheap and it’s only gotten more expensive in recent years.

The owner and lead wedding planner at Lace and Bow Bride Events says the average, pre-COVID wedding budget was around $25,000-$30,000 – now, it is around $40,000. Almost every area has seen an increase which means smart budgeting can help your planning dollars more.

Danielle Todesco talked with Taylor, the owner and lead wedding planner at Lace and Bow about what you can do to plan a wedding with smart budgeting in mind.
