Whether you're a buyer or a seller, Skip Adams may have the answers you need to know.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Whether you’re looking to buy or sell a home, it’s important to know what a competitive real estate market means for you.
More homes are up for sale in the Albuquerque metro area. If you’re a seller, you may be waiting longer to get an offer but there may be some things you can do to get buyer confidence in your listing. Skip Adams, of #SoldBySkip, says steps may include:
- Prelisting inspection and repairs
- Staging a home to sell faster and for more money
- Virtual tours
If you’re a buyer, here is what you could do:
- Prequalify with a local lender
- Setup an automatic search
- Budget for repairs, closing costs and moving expenses
In the upcoming year, Skip expects the average price of a home to go up to $425,000 and for inventory to increase.
