Valley HS shut out by Artesia in bid to advance

ARTESIA, N.M. — The state playoffs are going strong but Valley High School fell short in Artesia.
Artesia led start-to-finish and let Valley know they would early on, as Artesia put up 43 points in the first quarter alone.
Artesia earned a 50-0 win and now moves on to the semifinals, as they try for their 31st state title.
